Shepheard is designed around user-provided CSV files, licensed provider APIs, source attribution, confidence scoring, suppression checks, and export audit events.

Do not use this product to scrape LinkedIn, Google, protected websites, paywalled data, or any third-party service in violation of terms, privacy law, or anti-abuse rules.

Production deployments must implement lawful basis review, unsubscribe and opt-out handling, regional privacy requirements, and CAN-SPAM or equivalent email marketing compliance.
